Time Off Calendar - You have to create a second calendar entry to actually block the time on your own calendar. The event created in outlook does not appear in bookings app as time off and therefore allows a service to be booked at the same date/time as the time off event. But the appointment creation will fail if anyone tries to book an appointment as there is a status check again with live calendar at the time of appointment creation. It'd be great if outlook had some native functionality for this. To improve collaborative working i would like details on personal calendars (and respective group calendars) to be visible on the teams calendar so that all information relating to team members. V2.0 should check to see if there are a certain # of people that have already requested that same day off and if it is over a certain #, deny it.
